This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how Laura Carol Vidal (hereinafter FLY WITH YOUR ENGLISH) gathers, processes and uses the personal information of her customers and users underpinned by our commitment to data information privacy and security. The necessary data will be collected, including the following: personal identification data such as address, email, phone number, ID/passport verifying the traveller’s identity necessary to provide the contracted service, nationality, country of residence, as well as financial data once the contract is formalized and if established as part of the provision of the acquired services.

To inform about any relevant updates regarding the contracted services, changes, or notifications, the communication channels between the users and FLY WITH YOUR ENGLISH may include any of those provided by the users for this purpose, including email address, landline or mobile phone, and instant messaging services as authorized channels.

Website user data:

Website user browsing data will be processed solely for technical purposes required for the effective operation of our website in compliance with our Cookies Policy, to provide information about our business activities and to answer enquiries and suggestions from our customers and users.

Data of students, parents, guardians or legal representatives:

We will process the data of our students and their relatives, guardians or legal representatives in order to provide the contracted services and to manage tax, accounting and administrative invoicing for the contractual relationship which is the lawful basis for our processing of such data.

Data gathered via contact forms:

We may also process personal data if data subjects send us enquiries, complaints or suggestions via the contact forms provided on our website to this end for the sole purpose of replying to their request. We will never enter these data in other databases or send electronic marketing messages without the data subject’s prior permission.

Required data will be identified in each form. If these data are missing or wrong, FLY WITH YOUR ENGLISH will not be able to identify you properly and consequently we will have to erase your enquiry record.

Specifically, the data will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and will be blocked upon its expiration. In this way, the data will be blocked and retained for 5 years, which is the statute of limitations for actions that may arise from the contractual relationship entered into, unless other legal provisions apply that require retaining personal data for a longer period (for example, when anti-money laundering regulations apply, which require retaining personal data for a period of 10 years).
